📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of merchandise planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and create accurate inventory reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Use SAP and Excel to generate and analyze inventory reports and sales data.
• Work closely with the Merchandise Planning Manager to develop and implement strategies for stock optimization.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of merchandise planning policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandise planning and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with fashion industry trends and best practices.
