📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on how to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain independence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in occupational therapy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Valid certification from the Indonesian Association of Occupational Therapists (IAOT) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the latest version of OT software, such as OT2020.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
