📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage invoices for customer orders using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Track and follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all invoices are processed correctly.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding invoicing inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing or a related financial role.
