In your daily routine, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting. You'll use industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HKMS) to track and manage tasks efficiently. With 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, dining spaces, and common areas, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HKMS), to track and manage tasks efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, ensuring they are ready for guests and clean after use.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HKMS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
