📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve patients' functional abilities.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on how to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain independence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.
Document all patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in occupational therapy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
Valid certification from the Indonesian Association of Occupational Therapists (IAOT) or equivalent.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the latest version of OT software, such as OT2020.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
