Our team is dedicated to providing an unparalleled dining experience, and we believe that our Waitstaff play a crucial role in achieving this. In this role, you’ll serve a variety of dishes, from our house specialties to international favorites, ensuring our guests enjoy every bite. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Take and record food and beverage orders accurately using our in-house POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
• Provide feedback to the kitchen staff regarding guest preferences and any issues with orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen terminology and food presentation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
