📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing friendly and efficient service.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately recorded and replenished as needed.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and checkout areas.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
