📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, including distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators.,Create and manage promotional campaigns to support product launches and increase brand awareness.,Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product development and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade marketing to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including consumer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with trade partners.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
