📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute sales projects from inception to completion,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide regular progress reports to senior management,Mentor and develop junior team members,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales project management,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
