Bahagia Vera Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. If you are passionate about food and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team,Manage and train sales team members to ensure high performance,Participate in trade shows and promotions to increase brand awareness,Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus
