📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain a strong customer base in the motorcycle industry.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of the motorcycle market and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
