📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of ingredients.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
