📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that the restaurant's budget is managed effectively and that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant's needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.,Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
