📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly managed and replenished.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the store.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets all company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the store.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
