📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
