Shine Camp Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running of activities. This is a full-time position with immediate start.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running of activities.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and maintain camp facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
