Shop Place Group is looking for a Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
