📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the organization of in-store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the retail store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
