📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient operations.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands.,Train and develop the production team to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.,Manage inventory and procurement to support production needs.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
