PT Mitra Baskoro is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Nusa Dua, Bali, and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
