📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve the company's employee experience.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
