📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and training programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
