📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
