📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly closing procedures.
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor bills.
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
