This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 30,000,000 to Rp 35,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring compliance with financial plans and policies.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure effective financial management and control.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
