📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire quality assurance process from raw material inspection to final product packaging.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Train and mentor QA analysts and production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and generate reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001, HACCP, or other relevant quality management systems.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as QI Macros, SQF, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment.
