As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our sales strategy, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills to secure high-value contracts. You will work closely with our sales team, utilizing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage leads and track performance. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with a dynamic work environment and the chance to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca and FMCG sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage and track sales leads using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Horeca or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent knowledge of the Horeca and FMCG sectors in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
