📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and sourcing materials and supplies for construction projects.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for procurement activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to travel to suppliers and project sites as required.
