📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
