📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax-related matters.,Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent the company in tax-related matters.,Manage a team of junior tax officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for clients.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that tax-related activities are integrated into overall business strategies.,Prepare and present reports and analyses on tax-related matters to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related activities, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proven track record of success in managing tax-related activities and providing expert advice to clients.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as international tax conventions and treaties.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Knowledge of accounting software and tax preparation tools is a plus.
