📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring managers.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
