📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage kitchen equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in kitchen management.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary practices.,Ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
