📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports.,Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and investors.,Identify and mitigate financial risks, and propose strategies to enhance the financial performance of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in financial planning and analysis.,Mentor and coach junior accountants and financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A and reporting, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.,Proven track record of leading complex financial projects and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting requirements.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines.
