📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and potential clients.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.

Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proficient in using sales tools and software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.

Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
