📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury wellness and biotech industry.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury wellness or biotech industry.,Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry is a plus.
