📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide friendly and efficient reception services to guests and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
