🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in data analysis and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives in a financial or related industry.
• Expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Professional (CDP) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably in Asia.
