📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management team.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
