As an Accounts & Finance Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that handles the financial operations of our diverse portfolio of clients. You'll use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our financial operations are compliant with local and international regulations, and you'll work closely with our audit team to prepare for annual audits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Work closely with the audit team to prepare for and conduct annual audits
• Manage and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a dynamic financial operations role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
